Anna Gunn
Anna Gunn, an American actor from the United States. Her most well-known character was that of Skyler on AMC's drama Breaking Bad. She won the Primetime Emmy Awards to recognize Outstanding Leading Performance by a Supporting Actress in a Drama Series for 2013 and 2014. The actress also played Martha Bullock in Deadwood and Jean Ward on The Practice. Anna Gunn was born in Sante Fe New Mexico, in the year 1968. The actress fell in love with acting at Preparatory school prior to moving to Ohio with her family in mid-70s. She was a theatre student through Northwestern University and spent a period studying at the British American Drama Academy. Anna started out in Chicago, working in theatre role for several years. Later, she relocated to Hollywood, where she began her acting career in movies and television shows. In 1992 Anna was offered her first big role in the role of Arden in the series of 29 episodes Down the Shore. Anna continued to be in film and television shows like Seinfeld, NYPD Blue and others until late the 1990's. Then she was cast in The Practice as Jean Ward. The role was played by Martha Bullock in Deadwood for two seasons during the 2000s. Skyler appeared on screen in Breaking Bad (2008). Sully was also one of her roles. Gunn is also a part of the the stage for David Schwimmer's show Sex With Strangers. Gunn was in the role of Numbered Days, which is a four-part audio series that was released set in 2022. Breaking Bad revolves around Walter White's wedding to Skyler. Walter White's life story and the strain on his relationship with Skyler can be seen in the show.
